 Q. What is the difference between a Fitball™ and all the other balls?
A. There are many names used in the Fitness industry when referring to a Fitball™ or Exercise ball. You may have heard the following names, Gym ball, Core ball, Swiss ball, Gymnoball, Fitness ball, Exercise ball and Stability ball, just to name a few. The names Gym ball, Core ball, Swiss ball, Gymnoball, Fitness ball, Exercise ball and Stability ball are all completely acceptable names for a Fitball™. However you must be aware that some of these names are also used and recognised brand names and can make a very big difference in the quality of the ball, so choose carefully. I refer to the ball as a Fitball™ simply because I believe in the brand associated with the name. The brand name Fitball™ has been a well established company for more than 15 years. I myself have used the brand Fitball™ for more than 10 years in my 12 years as a Personal Trainer. They have not yet failed me. Fitball™ has been proudly endorsed by the AIS for the last 5 years, due to its reputable quality.
