XXX and Running Life Style in Couples

My name is Wallace Rios and I am a registered fitness professional that has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have studied Certificate III and IV in fitness. I am currently involved in studies investigating sex benefits on an exercise ball.

Regular exercise and sexual activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle which can make you look good, feel good, and live longer, with less disease and illness related problems. Relationships are another important part of a healthy life, and ‘running and sex exercises’ can help strengthen your relationships as well as your body and mind; incorporating ‘sexercise’ programs will add fun and fitness for both male and female participants. 

Running is an outstanding type of exercise for losing extra Kilos. Running requires a great deal of energy expenditure in the body. This energy condition means the body burns extra calories while running in hard or soft surface. The calories burned while running is usually radically than would be burned during less difficult forms of exercise such as slow walking. The best way for weight management includes losing more calories than the person can use. Also, the number of calories you can lose while running depends on a number of things such as the individual’s weight, the intensity of the workout and the efficiency of the person running. Sex is another way to burn calorie, especially if you combined running and sex as part of your health life style. 

Not only does ‘running and sex’ improve heart health and lung capacity, the strength exercises performed during sex and running will assist in stimulating specific muscles and erogenous zones (pleasure areas) that cannot be achieved during regular weight training or sexual positions. 

During exercise and sexual activities the brain releases chemicals and hormones called endorphins, which make people feel pleasure and happiness during and after participation. By combining both sex and running and exercise activities, the participants may enjoy a higher level of satisfaction and enjoyment.

The repetitive nature of running will increase the heart rate to incorporate a strength and cardiovascular workout that will improve stamina and can boost an individual’s immune system.

A person who engages in regular running exercise experiences a healthier sex life, reports better performance in their jobs, a more fulfilling relationship, and has lower recorded incidences of mental disorders

I recommend having sex and running for its health related benefits - and if better health doesn’t motivate you to exercise perhaps a better sex life will!
