Balls, Balls & Balls
Welcome to Balls, Balls & Balls
Sexyballs™ is as well known as fitness ball, Swiss ball, Stability ball, Gym ball, Yoga ball, Pilate’s ball, 'Sexercise' ball and Fitball™. You can easily use Sexyballs™ in the comfort of your own home!
Sexyballs™ is such a simple sexercise concept. Using the Sexyballs™ is a safe and very effective way to get fit whilst having sex with your partner. This sexercise method is far from being a trend and is guaranteed to provide an enjoyable sexercise alternative for both heterosexual and homosexual, catering for the occasional bedroom user to the elite athletes.
The Sexyballs™ (or 'Swiss ball equipment' as it was commonly recognised as when it first introduced in Europe). Approximately 1960's, therapists in Switzerland used Swiss balls as an instrument in the area of physical rehabilitation to assist in therapy for young and old adults with neurological problems. This system have changed and the client group has expanded to include adults with mobility problems, people with back injuries, the fitness industry, pregnant women, seniors, the classroom and even in the workplace.
The Sexyballs™ variety has a glossy finish and is soft and comfortable to lie on when sexercising. The Sexyballs™ have a weight tolerance of 300kg, and the PVC used for making the balls is of Burst Resistant Quality and latex free. Sexyballs™ is a new way of sexercise activity, which improves fitness and wellbeing.
How to choose correct Sexyballs™ size?
The general rule for choosing the correct ball size for core exercises is having your knees and hips bent to 90 degrees (thighs parallel to floor) when sitting on Sexyballs™. This is the minimum ball size and for some people prefer a larger ball, where hips are higher than knees. Don't go by photos of models sitting on balls. Typically they sit on a ball much larger than they would train on as it shown in pictures.
Consider how you will use the Sexyballs™ and your body characteristics (see below). In addition, keep in mind that if you are a novice sexerciser and/or have poor balance, a larger ball will provide more stability and support, thus making sexercising easier (muscles won't work as hard).
To avoid being disappointed that your Sexyballs™ is smaller than you expected, test out the ball size before placing an order. Nearly everyone under inflate a ball because they are so firm (like a rock) inflated to its maximum diameter. To see if a 55cm Sexyballs™ is right for you, place a mark on a wall 20 inches high (16 in. for a 45cm ball), and squat next to it. Consider that you will sink down a few inches (depending on your weight and amount of inflation). This is approximately how tall the ball will be when sitting on it. Get a larger size if you don't like this height!
Just remember, your height ball size (max. height/diameter)
less than 5' 0" 45 cm (18 in.)
5' 0" to 5' 6" 55 cm (22 in.)
5' 7"- 6' 1" 65 cm (26 in.)
6' 2" - 6' 8" 75 cm (30 in.)
6' 9" and up 85 cm (34 in.)
Use Sexyballs™ for Core Exercise and Sexercise Benefits.
Core/Spinal Stabilizers are known as deep abdominal muscles that partially wrap around the spine or common known as your natural weight belt. They play a very significant role in good posture and back care of your body.
So apart from being efficient, multipurpose and safe to use as part of your sexercise agenda, Sexyballs™ has a huge role to play in injury prevention. Sexyballs™ is good to sit on as an alternative, back-friendly seat, so that you are training the deep muscles on a daily basis and improve your sex life.
Core/Spinal Stabilization refers to the interaction of deep spinal muscles (quadratus lumborum, internal oblique deep fibres, transversus abdominus, multifidus.) which support the spine during our normal daily sexercise activities.
The more visible muscles, rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques, all contribute to the highly regarded known as "6-pack", yet they do not support the spine during sport or work. It is only when training is carried out in an unstable environment like having sex on a Sexyballs™ that the deep core stabilizers are brought into play. The stabilizers are strengthened in a very functional manner, ready to provide a strong platform for the wide range of movement needed in sport and daily sex life. Many trainers and fitness professionals have now realized the important role that core stabilizers play in preventing injury, improving posture and appearance and they are incorporating exercises for this important muscle group into training or fitness routine. Sexyballs™, on the other hand improves balance, coordination and sex dissatisfaction. Sexyballs™ is the complete package for adventures couple.
The best method of improving core stability is to train in an unstable environment. So at the heart of the Sexyballs™ concept is the ball's instability and mobility. Sexyballs™ is an energetic tool.
The most imperative aspect of sexercising the core stabilizers is PREVENTION. Sexyballs™ is the tool that can prevent sport and back injuries across a wide fitness and age range. For adults, whether at work, the health club or at home, strengthening your core stabilizing is easy, simply by using a big, round Sexyballs™. The simplest way of using Sexyballs™ for prevention of back injury is to use it as a chair, commonly known as 'Active Sitting'. Active sitting is a useful way of incorporating core stabilization into daily sex life. There are many benefits in utilizing Sexyballs™ as seats: decreased back strain, improved concentration and better sex satisfaction.
Long-term endurance training of spinal stabilizers will work towards the prevention of postural problems, back pain, sport injuries and sex deficiency.
